Personal Branding Works! I’ve worked with many clients who want to better themselves. Tom is a great example. Tom was a client who is a sales executive. He wanted to move up within his organization to a top sales position. One of his challenges was the fact that Tom talked more than he listened that that habit was holding him back. Tom also had a tendency to “overpower” people with his presentations…..I recommended that we video Tom giving a presentation to a group so he could actually see himself. We also taped him in a meeting so he could understand how his interruptions could derail the meeting. Tom practiced his presentations and made changes to his approach….he got the new position he wanted!
